I was given Tania's contact by a friend, who said she will look after you. And that is exactly was Tania has done since the first day I got in contact with her. I first met Tania in February 2013. I had arranged to meet up with her to go through a few property's I was interested in. Firstly she was early, I liked that, I was back in New Zealand on holiday and did not want to waste any time. Well Tania did not waste mine, if I was not keen or showed any dis-interest in a property we moved along to the next one, wasting no time. I know what I want and I know Tania realized this, she certainly wasn't trying to push me in any direction just to make a sale. We found my property on the last day of my holidays, so timing was crucial, Tania moved things along rapidly which I appreciated very much. Managed to sell me the house just before I boarded the plane home. Now I am in touch with Tania again, the time difference can be a wee bit difficult sometimes, but Tania is always there in contact if I have a query or if I am not sure about something. We have been through a few property's in the last few weeks, and for whatever reason they have not quite worked out or the price went above my limit at the Auction. Well Tania never moaned at another lost house, she just sends me information on the next one to look at. Nothing is too much bother, and when it comes to another agreement form, she easily explains to me where to sign or initial or information needed which makes my life so much easier as I dread filling out forms. I have always found Tania to be very trustworthy, when it comes to buying a house, off of the Internet, from half way around the World, you have to trust someone. Well, That's Tania for you.
